MSC CRUISES UNVEILS AI-POWERED CONCIERGE: ELEVATING THE GUEST EXPERIENCE AT SEA

• MSC Cruises introduces AI-powered MSC Concierge, available in more than 90 languages
• This next-generation digital service is fully integrated into the MSC for Me App, and can answer questions and make personalized recommendations, offering intuitive, real-time assistance at guests’ fingertips 

GENEVA – May 7, 2026 – Today, MSC Cruises unveiled its latest enhancement in guest experience: MSC Concierge. The powerful new conversational AI assistant enriches the existing MSC for Me digital ecosystem, helping guests seamlessly manage their cruise experience and focus on enjoying the best holiday ever.

The complimentary service, available 24/7, allows guests to make requests and ask questions through an intuitive, conversational chat interface in more than 90 languages. The service is seamlessly accessible on guests’ smartphones or tablets, placing a personal concierge right in their pockets. MSC Concierge can support guests in many ways, including answering questions, making restaurant reservations, booking spa treatments and shore excursions, as well as checking account balances, or finding the perfect entertainment for any mood.

The tool was developed to complement MSC Cruises’ warm hospitality, but not to replace human interaction on board. It is now available on majority of the line’s ships* and will be rolled out fleetwide by end of May 2026, following a successful pilot program, which saw a 93% service satisfaction score from more than 170,000 guests exchanging more than one million messages.
