GENEVA – May 14, 2026 –MSC Cruises revealed an expanded lineup of dining options today for guests sailing aboard MSC Seashore, continuing the line’s commitment to delivering the perfect mix of European style and American comfort for the ultimate holiday at sea. The ship recently resumed Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral following a dry dock, which included the installation of two new complimentary grab-and-go food concepts delivering classic comfort food, conveniently located in some of the ship’s most popular spots.
The Chicken Man is a new addition to MSC Seashore’s main pool deck, offering walk-up service and a themed, shaded seating area on deck 18. The restaurant serves chicken tenders and a variety of chicken sandwiches alongside a selection of delicious dip options.
Red Cactus BBQ & Ribs is a walk-up option near MSC Seashore’s aft infinity pool on deck 8 with a shaded seated area of its own, serving breakfast and lunch. For breakfast, options include a barbecue burrito, pulled pork hash, eggs, country grits and biscuits. At lunch, guests can choose from dishes like pulled pork, barbecue chicken, beef brisket, pork ribs and sausage, along with classic barbecue sides like burnt end mac and cheese, baked beans and buttermilk coleslaw. Banana pudding and a cookie pecan butter pie are available for dessert.

Plus, 18 bars and lounges serve drinks from morning to night, offering everything from a classic sports bar atmosphere, to elevated cocktail spots.
This summer, MSC Seashore is sailing 3-, 4- and 7-night cruises from Port Canaveral.
