Roadshows Focus on Strategies for Mutual Success and Ongoing Enhancements for Better Serving the Trade Community

Tonight, MSC Cruises — the Swiss-based world’s largest privately-owned cruise line and market leader in Europe, South America and South Africa — will continue its series of “Serving You” Roadshows, with simultaneous events in Baltimore, Md. and Miami, Fla. MSC Cruises executives will be present at both events tonight with Rick Sasso, chairman of MSC Cruises, and Roberto Fusaro, president of MSC Cruises, attending and speaking at the Miami event, and Ken Muskat, executive vice president of MSC Cruises, presenting in Baltimore.

“This is MSC Cruises’ third consecutive year of holding Roadshows for travel agents in key cities across the U.S., and each year we’ve seen increased interest and engagement from the trade community interested in learning more about the cruise line as well as our innovative sales tools and programs that will help them grow their business,” said Ken Muskat, executive vice president of MSC Cruises. “Of note, travel agents are very excited about our new EZ Groups programs, enhancements to MSC Book, our new builds debuting in 2017, and how we continue to find ways to make MSC Cruises the easy and profitable cruise line to do business with.”

A total of 17 Serving You Roadshows were scheduled this year, with most selling out within days of the announcement of the event. 13 of the events have already been completed across various cities including Atlanta, Ga., Tampa, Fla., Salem, N.H., and New York City, N.Y. In addition to Miami and Baltimore, the two remaining Roadshows are scheduled for the coming weeks in Hartford, Conn. and Chicago, Ill.
