MSC Cruises guests will now have more grab and go dining options than ever before on , with the opening of two brand new fast-casual food concepts.
The two new venues, included in the cruise fare, The Chicken Man and Red Cactus BBQ & Ribs, further enhances the ship’s dining offering, delivering convenient, freshly prepared options for guests to enjoy and make the most out of every moment on board.
The introductions form part of MSC Cruises’ ongoing investment in modernising and continuously enhancing the guest experience across its fleet, and join already extensive selection of dining options, featuring a range of different styles from casual and convenient to elevated fine dining.
Guests can now indulge in five specialty restaurants, including the brand’s signature steakhouse, Butcher’s Cut, Mexican inspired Hola! Tacos and Cantina, Kaito Sushi Bar and Kaito Teppanyaki, where guests can savour expertly crafted sushi and exquisite authentic Asian dishes, and seafood restaurant, Ocean Cay Restaurant. Plus 18 bars and lounges serve drinks from morning to night, with one to suit every atmosphere.
The Chicken Man serves sumptuous chicken tenders and a selection of freshly prepared chicken sandwiches, accompanied by a variety of sauces. Located on the main pool deck (Deck 18), the new venue features a walk-up counter and themed, shaded seating area.
Red Cactus BBQ & Ribs is open for both breakfast and lunch, serving a menu inspired by the classic American barbecue. Breakfast options include barbecue burritos, pulled pork hash, eggs, grits and biscuits, while guests can enjoy dishes such as pulled pork, barbecue chicken, beef brisket, pork ribs and sausage, complemented by traditional sides including baked beans, coleslaw and macaroni and cheese for lunch. Delicious desserts, from banana pudding to cookie pecan butter pie, are also available for guests who prefer something sweet. Situated near the ship’s aft infinity pool on Deck 8, it offers a casual open-air dining experience with its own shaded seating area.
